Gina Camiola serves as Director, Learning & Organizational Development for The Sherwin-Williams Company. She is responsible for leading talent management, training, change management and other employee development programs within the Performance Coatings Group.
Gina has over 20 years of business and consulting experience spanning all areas of talent and organization development. She is an expert facilitator and executive coach with diverse industry experience, including telecommunications, manufacturing, academia and public sector.
Gina earned a bachelor’s degree in communication from John Carroll University and a master’s degree in organizational/multicultural communication from DePaul University.
