Stuart Muszynski is the co-founder, President and CEO of Values-in-Action Foundation. He has been a business and community leader in Greater Cleveland for more than 40 years, initially as a business and insurance consultant. After an illness that incapacitated him for almost two years, he co-founded Project Love Remember the Children Foundation (now Values-in-Action Foundation), with his wife, Susan Muszynski, Ph.D., a clinical psychologist, in 1994.

Values-in-Action (VIA) is a social-emotional learning and culture-building organization that empowers students and adults with the tools and skills to build communities of kindness, caring and respect. VIA has programs in 5,000 schools in all 50 states and has trained more than 2.6 million students in over 9,000 classrooms and schools.

He is also the author of the book “Searching for Values: a Grandmother, and Grandson and the Discovery of Goodness” (Hiram College, 2005), producer of television programs as well as author of numerous articles on culture, education, character, and values. Muszynski graduated cum laude from Hamilton College in 1976 and is the recipient of the National Cyberbully Day of Awareness Caring and Daring Award, Cedar Sinai Synagogue Unity and Community Award, Alan R. Schonberg Community Rescuer Award and the National Sales and Marketing Executives Outstanding Community Leader Award. He and Susan, high school sweethearts, have been married for 49 years and have two grown children, three grandchildren, a dog Bailey and two grand-dogs Pearl and Jersey.
