With the 2021 NFL Draft in Cleveland, Values-in-Action, decided to hold its own Kindland Draft as a part of its Cleveland to Kindland campaign. The draft enabled Clevelanders to nominate individuals and organizations that spread kindness throughout our community. Values-in-Action is proud to announce the Top 10 draft picks as chosen by its Kindland co-chair committee out of over 100 nominations:
